Kara Scanlon is a virtual educational therapist who specializes in supporting:
- Mathematics including Statistics, Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, Business Calculus, Math Concepts in Science, and General Science Classes
- Physics including high school and college Physics with and without Calculus
- Study skills issues including organization, time management, planning, and other executive function issues
- Organization to improve study skills, time management, work efficiency, and business practices

Kara works only virtually with school-age children, adolescents, and adults who want additional assistance in their learning or social environments. Her training allows her to work effectively with students with diagnoses of Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) inattentive and/or hyperactive type, processing disabilities/differences, math anxiety, generalized anxiety, depression, OCD, processing speed challenges, and learning disabilities/differences including dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dysgraphia. She has worked with students in the US, Canada, Kenya, Argentina, Israel, and the Philippines.
She provides consultations, coaching, individual sessions, parent support, educational evaluations, educational therapy mentorship, and teacher trainings and coaching.
